Its hard to imagine what baby did all day. With use of technology dads can particcipate of every day little things baby does. In that first year of life there are a lot of first times and a simple video call can make the working parent participant of that one first time by the pool amongst other things.
Moms can also send pictures through the day of those first reactions. Make it count. Babys dont stay small forever and dads can enjoy them even if they are at the office. Be creative and inclusive. Parenthood starts from day one developing relationships and memorable moments that will last a lifetime in our hearts. Dads can feel included and relate more to their kids of we encourage them to participate even if its trough a virtual way!
