The 141st Silver Spurs Rodeo and the School’s Out Blowout
*** Free to the Public that will have Rodeo Games, a variety of inflatables and more for the entire family.
The 141st Silver Spurs Rodeo will be hosting their Summer Evening Rodeos and the School’s Out Blowout. The School’s Out Blowout will be outside prior to both Rodeos and will include bounce houses, music by local DJ’s and Country Singer Kenyon Lockry, games and more for the entire family and it’s FREE to the Public! Then, inside the Silver Spurs Arena Rodeo Fans will be treated to the traditional events of bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling and team roping. What’s unique to the June Silver Spurs Rodeo is spectators will experience our rodeo clowns, witness a performance from our Silver Spurs Junior/Pee Wee Quadrille Team and see junior bull riders and barrel racers compete, along with Mutton Busting (Sheep Racing)!
Students from all over Osceola County will be celebrating summer vacation at the “School’s Out Blowout” and enjoying the traditional events at the 141st Silver Spurs Rodeo. Spectators will also experience watching young cowboys and cowgirls perform in the Junior Bull Riding, Junior Barrel Racing, the Junior/Pee Wee Quadrille will make a special appearance, along with the “Mutton Busting” event, where younger children will ride and race sheep in the arena.
The Silver Spurs Rodeo Committee will be honoring local Veteran’s during the opening ceremonies of the Rodeos. .
Also have the famous Miss Silver Spurs Pageant on Thursday night (tonight) at 6:00 p.m., at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee!
“Our summer rodeo has always been a great event for families, with the children of Silver Spurs members being no exception. Some of our youth will be performing in the junior bull riding, junior barrel racing and Quadrille alongside the professional rodeo cowboys.” said Dusty Holley, Big Boss of the Silver Spurs Rodeo. “With the school year coming to an end, we’re also offering families a free party before the rodeo at the School’s Out Blowout. We at the Silvers Spurs Club care about the community and all our rodeo fans no matter their age. By offering this free event we are saying ‘thank you’ to our students and their families for supporting this great tradition.”
The event will take lace at the Osceola Heritage Park/Silver Spurs Arena- kids 10 and under FREE!!
